I created this multi-award-winning mindful crochet bundle to help you learn how to crochet while gently supporting your nervous system at the same time. This is your time to slow down, create with your hands, and come back to yourself.

Just yarn, breath, and a little space that belongs only to you, this is not a quick project, it is a gentle, lifelong skill for calm, focus, and emotional grounding.

This experience includes 4 hours of gentle, guided 1:1 crochet support with me, Sarah, where we learn some of the most common stitches and finish with making a blanket together.

This is not performance-based learning, I don't expect you to complete every step perfectly, what I provide is calm, structured, real-time support where we work with your pace, your hands, and your nervous system.

You are never rushed, and I never want you to feel like you are behind, we work 1:1 so there is no comparing yourself to other learners, we simply work together, step by step, until things begin to feel clearer, steadier, and more natural in your hands.
